Efrem was elected Treasurer in October 2012, and re-elected in 2015, 2018 and 2021. As Treasurer, he is an automatic delegate to the State and International conventions. Efrem was also approved by the executive Board to be the Chief Steward for the Division of Criminal Justice in January 2023. Efrem is Forensic Fraud Examiner 2 at the Office of the Chief State's Attorney in Rocky Hill. Term. ends: October 2024
