Nominations officially closed on January 22, 2021.
Kathy Rodriguez has been nominated for the position of trustee.
There was no nomination for the position of South Central Vice President.
Therefore Local 749 Recording Secretary Sotonye Otunba-Payne will cast the vote for Sister Rodriguez for Trustee. (There is no need for members to vote in person on Jan. 27.)

AFSCME Local 749 will be conducting elections at 290 Pratt St. Meriden CT. for one Trustee (3-year term) and Vacant south central regional vice president (term expires November 2021) on January 27, 2021 from 6:00-6:30 p.m.
Nominations for one Trustee and South-Central Regional Vice President must be made to the Recording Secretary, via U.S. mail to:
