Please read the Local's Layoff Bulletin regarding employee rights during a reduction in force,
and Judical Branch Notice regarding 4-month extension of health benefits.

We urge every member to contact their State Legislators. The attached pre-written script will assist with points to make during that contact.

Please read Chief Justice Rogers' electronic memo regarding a reduction of force in the Judicial Branch, dated April 13, 2016.

At this time, Local 749 does not have a list of the effected members for all anticipated layoffs. If you have received a pink slip, believe you may, or have another layoff related question, email, do not call, our layoff taskforce coordinator, Tracey Doulens, at layoffs@local749.org.
